Lycée National proudly participated in the workshop “Designing Multidisciplinary Learning Experiences” at the Lebanese American University (LAU), led by Ms. Sarah Zebian, Vice President for Educational Affairs, bringing together educators to explore holistic, hands-on approaches to connected and authentic learning.

Throughout the session, participants engaged in fully structured hands-on activities that modeled:

• Designing learning experiences rooted in real-life Lebanese contexts

• Integrating subjects purposefully rather than teaching them in isolation

• Encouraging whole-child engagement through movement, discussion, creativity, and reflection

• Shifting from traditional lesson planning to multidisciplinary design thinking

This workshop reflects Lycée National’s ongoing commitment to transformative educational practices, experiential pedagogy, and strengthening collaboration with higher education institutions to advance meaningful learning.
